Ecstasy

Lysergic acid diethylamide, also known as LSD, is classified as a psychedelic drug because of its psychological effects. Psychedelic drugs, or classical hallucinogens, are substances with the primary action to alter cognition and perception, causing thought, visual, and auditory changes, and heightened sense of consciousness. Similar drugs include mescaline (this is the active ingredient found in peyote), dimethyltryptamine (DMT), and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Slang terms for LSD specifically include sugar lump, candy, "Lucy in the sky with diamonds,” electric Kool Aid, green dragon, and yellow sunshine.
